All items can be returned up to 14 days with receipt in non-used condition.  After 14 days there are no returns. All orders must be paid before shipment.  NO refunds on any personalization or specialty orders. Shipping is the responsibility of customer.

All our products can be washed in soap and water and rinsed or can be washed on the top shelf of the dishwasher on low heat.   Do not wash in santi cycle of dishwasher.  Do not dry in dishwasher heat cycle reaching 500 degrees or more.
