All items can be returned up to 14 days with receipt in non-used condition.  After 14 days there are no returns. All orders must be paid before shipment.  NO refunds on any personalization or specialty orders. Shipping is the responsibility of customer.

Our glassware is washable and top shelf dishwasher safe in low heat.  Suggest all glasses be washed in soapy water or and rinsed.  Do not wash in santi cycle of dishwasher.  Do not dry in dishwasher cycle of 500 degrees or more.
