All items can be returned up to 14 days with receipt in non-used condition. After 14 days there are no returns. All orders must be paid before shipment. NO refunds on any personalization or specialty orders. Shipping is the responsibility of customer.
All our glassware is hand painted and fired to preserve the art work for years to come. Can we washed in warm water with soap and air dryed or washed in dishwasher on light cycle no heat top shelf. Do not wash in santi cycle. Do not dry in dishwasher that is 500 degrees or more.
