All returns must be made with original receipt and in 14 days.  NO REFUNDS after 14 days.  All shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.  NO REFUNDS for any personalization or special orders.

All our products are fired and top shelf, low heat dishwasher safe.  Suggest they be washed in soap and water and rinsed in clear water.  Do not wash in santi cycle of dishwasher.  Do not dry in dishwasher with temperatures of 500 degrees or more.
