All items can be returned up to 14 days with receipt in non-used condition.  After 14 days there are no returns. All orders must be paid before shipment.  NO refunds on any personalization or specialty orders. Shipping is the responsibility of customer.

All products are hand painted and original designs.  All are fired and are dishwasher safe if washed by hand or in a dishwasher with low heat and top shelf.  Do not wash in dishwasher on santi cycle.  Do not dry in dishwasher dry cycle with heat of 500 degrees or more.
